Mike has done 4 projects in our home and we are incredibly pleased with the work performed. The customer service is great beginning with sally and scheduling. They are friendly and courteous and genuinely care about your needs. Pricing seems fair, reasonable and competitive. Mike has fixed shut off shower valves, leaking pipes, installed a new bathtub and shower surround and now a laundry room wash tub. The quality of mikes work is exceptional and working with him is like working with a friend you have known for years. He is prompt/punctual, prepared for the job and goes above and beyond for his clients satisfaction. If Mike can arrive earlier than expected he will call ahead to let you know. Mike is knowledgeable and will explain what he will be doing and always follows up with you at the end to make sure all your questions and concerns have been addressed. Mike will make sure to remove any debris and trash before leaving your residence.
